AI Agent Developer

Mad Devs is a full-stack team specializing in developing large-scale IT products across Europe, the USA, and Southeast Asia. We are seeking an AI Agent Developer to build sophisticated agent logic, orchestrate integrations with external tools, and create reusable skill modules for our AI platform.

• Develop Agent Logic in NSL: Write sophisticated logic using Jinja2, managing conversation state and handling complex branching scenarios
• Orchestration & Integration: Design data flow between AI Agent and external tools (CRM systems, Google Calendar, booking systems), configuring JSON payloads and API response interpretation
• Skill Module Architecture: Build reusable Skills and modules that non-technical users can add to their agents with robust, abstract, and configurable code
• Debugging & Optimization: Debug logic errors in conversation flows and optimize systems to ensure sub-500ms response times for voice interactions

• Algorithmic Thinking: Deep understanding of loops, recursion, variable scope, and state machines
• Jinja2 Expertise: Master-level templating logic with ability to manipulate data structures inside templates
• Data Literacy: Fluent in JSON and JSONSchema with ability to visualize complex nested data structures
• Proprietary Tool Adaptability: Excited to learn new proprietary languages like NSL and become a global expert
• Language Requirements: Russian (Native/Fluent) and English (B2+)
• Plus: Solutions Engineering or Technical Implementation background, experience with Low-Code logic builders (n8n, Make), or Python familiarity
