Vice President of Finance

Summary

Flosum is a leading DevOps and release management platform for the Salesforce ecosystem serving Fortune 500 enterprises. We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, owning financial architecture and driving operational excellence across go-to-market functions while scaling the company toward $100M+ ARR.

What you'll do

Own financial strategy, forecasting, and capital allocation across R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success. Partner with GTM leadership to optimize spend efficiency and pipeline economics. Establish and track unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period, magic number). Own annual budgeting, quarterly business reviews, and financial controls. Build dashboards and reporting for executive visibility. Serve as strategic thought partner on pricing, packaging, market expansion, and M&A decisions. Evaluate and optimize vendor spend and technology investments.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive finance leadership in B2B SaaS with 3-5 years at VP/CFO level. Proven track record scaling SaaS companies from $10-30M to $100M+ ARR. Deep fluency in SaaS metrics and unit economics. Exceptional command of go-to-market functions (sales, marketing, customer success). Experience managing GTM teams with headcount planning and pipeline forecasting. Hands-on operator who builds models and drives decisions. Experience in Salesforce ecosystem or selling to Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries preferred. Outstanding communication and data translation skills.
