Talent Acquisition Specialist

N-iX is a software development service company with 2,000+ professionals operating across nine countries. The company seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment processes for IT professionals globally, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.

• Source and reach out to potential candidates through international job boards, social media, and networking
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals globally across different countries
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments evaluating soft skills, experience, cultural fit, and employment options
• Coordinate and conduct initial and follow-up interviews with candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers and staffing partners to understand talent requirements
• Provide regular recruitment progress updates and adjust strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems
• Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide improvement recommendations
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience as an IT Recruiter
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
• Upper-Intermediate + level of English
• Strong proficiency in recruitment sourcing strategies and job campaigns
• Experience using sourcing tools for active and passive candidate identification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
