Lead Product Designer – Remote

Replika is seeking a Lead Product Designer to design beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web platforms. In this remote role, you'll own design end-to-end from concept to launch, working closely with product and engineering teams to create experiences that matter to millions of users.

• Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web — onboarding, new features, and interactive UI included
• Conduct user research and understand user needs and preferences
• Own work end-to-end: from idea to prototype to final design
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life
• Use data and feedback to improve designs rapidly with a ship-learn-repeat approach
• Help shape and evolve the design system

• Minimum 5+ years designing mobile and web products at scale (200K+ MAU)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for shipping real products
• User-focused mindset with obsession over details
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher preferred)
• Bonus: Experience with AI, conversational UI, emotionally engaging products, UX research, prompt engineering, or building/scaling design systems
