Summary
DashDevs is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join their professional Human Resources Department. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, recruitment communications, and talent pipeline management within a team of 4 HR professionals.
What you'll do
- Publish positions across multiple resources (DOU, djinni, LinkedIn, website, Facebook, Telegram)
- Search and identify candidates for open positions
- Communicate with candidates and manage incoming CVs
- Schedule first interviews with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- Provide company introductions during candidate communications
- Deliver feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain task management system and candidate database
- Monitor job market trends
- Create internal CV documentation
Requirements
- 1+ year of sourcing experience
- Negotiation experience
- Proficiency with AI Tools, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Sales Navigator, and email marketing
- Strong activity and result orientation
- Understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements with candidates
- IT market knowledge
- Agency and critical thinking skills
- English B2 level
- Plus: Jira experience and EU Market experience
Conditions
Full-time position with a professional Human Resources Department. Team structure includes 2 Recruiters, 1 Talent Sourcer, and 1 Team Lead.
