Corporate Communications Specialist

Simply Contact is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to manage internal and external communications channels, develop content, and support corporate initiatives. The role involves creating engaging communications materials, managing social media platforms, and organizing corporate events to strengthen company culture and employer brand.

• Manage internal communication channels including email newsletters, internal platforms, and corporate social media
• Manage Instagram and external SMM channels to strengthen employer brand
• Prepare presentations, newsletters, articles, and video materials
• Create memos, infographics, and branded templates using Canva/Figma
• Provide support for corporate initiatives and organizational events
• Plan and execute online and offline events such as corporate celebrations, meetups, and teambuildings
• Launch surveys and pulse checks to analyze engagement and provide recommendations
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics and company initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, IT, and other departments

• 2+ years of experience in internal communications, HR marketing, or SMM
• Strong spoken and written English skills (B2+ level)
• Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication style
• Experience with Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, or similar design tools (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proactive mindset with initiative and analytical thinking
• Experience working with international teams (advantageous)

Work Format: Hybrid work with offices in Lviv, Dnipro, Poltava, or remote option
