Summary
Lucky Start is an iGaming company leveraging AI to optimize operations across the entire business chain. This AI Product Manager role is hands-on and focused on identifying inefficiencies and embedding AI-powered solutions throughout the organization to drive growth and automation.
What you'll do
- Map the entire business chain and identify high-impact opportunities for AI and data optimization
- Set up and continuously improve AI-powered monitoring systems across payments, affiliates, fraud detection, revenue, and player behavior
- Write SQL queries, analyze trends, and identify anomalies in operational data
- Design and deploy AI agents that autonomously detect issues and surface actionable insights
- Optimize AI prompts and agent behavior for accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency
- Own product improvements end-to-end: identify problems, design solutions, ship features, and measure impact
- Build feedback loops to measure, score, and continuously improve AI outputs
- Work with existing AI systems including analytics platforms, AI analyst agents, CRM intelligence layers, and fraud detection systems
Requirements
- Experience thinking in business systems and value chains, not just individual features
- Demonstrated obsession with metrics and continuous optimization
- Production experience with AI tools (beyond ChatGPT experimentation)
- Ability to read and understand Python code and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to move fast and work independently
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, and Python preferred
- Familiarity with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Anthropic Claude API, or similar technologies a plus
- Comfort working as the only PM with direct business impact and minimal organizational layers
