Hardcore QA Engineer

Drive end-to-end QA across the product

• Focus on test automation with manual testing when faster to unblock development
• Push for excellence and raise the bar on quality standards
• Own quality assurance with full responsibility and high agency
• Work with speed and correctness as primary objectives

High agency and ownership mentality

• Obsession with speed without compromising correctness
• Ability to learn frameworks and tools quickly
• Experience level doesn't matter; ambition and work ethic are paramount
• Strong hands-on QA and automation skills

Remote position with required overlap to New York City HQ (EST timezone)

• Schedule: 9am - 9pm, 6 days per week
• Base compensation: $75,000 - $130,000 USD annually
• Equity compensation: $25,000 - $45,000 USD
• Visa sponsorship option available for relocation to NYC within 2+ years
