SMM Specialist

JustMarkets Tech is seeking an experienced SMM Specialist to drive engagement and expand brand presence across multiple social media platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring deep platform expertise and content creation skills. You'll work alongside industry professionals in a dynamic environment where your creativity will make a real impact.

• Implement content strategy and campaign development across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Twitter) for different GEOs to drive consumer engagement and sharing
• Monitor content to ensure authentic alignment with brand values and positioning
• Scale innovative ideas from conception to campaign execution while maintaining cohesive brand perspective
• Cultivate advocacy and engagement through organic channels with top-tier community management
• Lead competitive tracking of social activity, identify new content opportunities, and monitor industry best practices
• Establish benchmarks and best practices to guide and scale marketing efforts across channels

• 3+ years of social media management experience at a B2C brand, preferably in financial services
• Thorough understanding of media metrics and ability to track KPIs and leverage data insights for strategy
• Experience with social media and influencer management tools (Sprout Social, RivallQ, Tribe, Telemetr.io, Hootsuite)
• Experience with FinTech, Crypto, or Gambling industries
• Required experience working with African or Asian markets
• Proficiency in social video and photo content capture with self-editing capabilities
• Demonstrated experience with video editing platforms (CapCut, In-Shot)
• Trend savvy with deep understanding of social media trends and regional slang
• Plus: FinTech background, influencer campaign launch experience, knowledge of African and Asian market specifics
