Talent Coordinator (Remote)

Constructor.io powers product search and discovery for major retailers worldwide and operates as a global, remote-first team. The Talent Coordinator (Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer) supports hiring across technical and GTM roles by ensuring a smooth, efficient recruiting process. The role focuses on end-to-end virtual onsite scheduling, candidate communication, and maintaining ATS accuracy to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

• Manage complex virtual onsite interview scheduling end-to-end across multiple interviewers and time zones.

• Communicate with candidates throughout scheduling, including confirmations, updates, and rescheduling.

• Proactively flag risks, delays, and issues to recruiters and help prevent bottlenecks.

• Keep interview stages, scheduling activity, and notes up to date in the ATS.

• Follow up on pending actions and surface blockers (e.g., missing feedback, calendar conflicts).

• Stay aligned with recruiters on priorities and upcoming interview volume.

• Support broader recruitment activities over time, including sourcing and additional hiring support.

• Experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or sourcing (in-house or agency).

• Ability to manage calendars and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

• Clear, professional written communication and strong attention to detail.

• Comfort using ATS tools and Slack.

• Strong organization skills in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

• Availability to work US East Coast hours to cover EMEA and West Coast core hours.
