Human Resources Manager

They are hiring a part-time remote Human Resources Manager to lead core HR operations and ensure compliant, effective people processes. The role supports hiring, payroll/benefits, employee relations, and culture-building initiatives.

• Oversee recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Manage employee onboarding processes
• Handle payroll management, including payroll processing
• Administer benefits and support related employee needs
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution
• Support performance management initiatives
• Coordinate training programs and development activities
• Contribute to a positive organizational culture in a remote environment

• Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance
• Capability in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
