Finance Specialist

SlotCatalog is a leading intelligence and data platform in the online casino industry serving players and industry partners with slot game tracking and performance insights. We are seeking a Finance Specialist to support financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting processes in our profitable, fast-growing organization.

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
• Ensure tax compliance and support preparation and submission of VAT and income tax reports
• Assist external accountants with tax filings and financial documentation
• Support audit processes including preparation of documentation and responses to auditor requests
• Perform bank reconciliations for incoming and outgoing payments
• Prepare VAT reports
• Maintain and organize financial and IFRS documentation
• Review company transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date counterparty database
• Collaborate with AR manager, Affiliate, and Legal teams
• Contribute to preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, VAT and tax reports

• Experience in accounting/finance roles, ideally in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax compliance
• Experience working with VAT and income tax reporting
• Familiarity with accounting systems (XERO is a plus)
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
