Associate People Business Partner (Remote)

The Associate People Business Partner supports front-line and mid-level leaders by advising on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management while helping deliver talent programs and strategic people initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to front-line and mid-level leaders on performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation, and engagement.
• Partner with managers to improve engagement, retention, and morale through tailored people initiatives, solutions, and interventions.
• Manage and resolve low-to-moderate complexity employee relations and performance matters; conduct initial fact-finding for investigations and escalate high-risk cases.
• Facilitate core people processes and programs including compensation reviews, performance cycles, goal setting, and departures.
• Monitor people metrics and stay-interview themes to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Ensure people practices are equitable and consistent.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as needed.

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a dedicated People Business Partner role.
• Experience supporting a Sales function is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with employees at all levels; collaborative and approachable.
• Ability to understand the big picture and execute work aligned to strategic direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Action-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable with consistent follow-through on commitments.

• Work arrangement: remote-hybrid from the Boston office, from home, or a mix.
