Vice President Operations

Sugarbear LLC is a global consumer health and wellness brand known for its blue bear-shaped Hair Vitamin gummy and other premium vegan vitamin products sold online and in major retailers. The Vice President of Operations will lead daily operations, align execution with strategic objectives, and drive efficiency and scalability across the business.

• Oversee daily operational functions and provide leadership to the operations team
• Ensure operational alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
• Manage profit and loss (P&L) ownership and performance
• Develop and implement operational strategies
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders
• Optimize customer service operations to improve customer satisfaction
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability

• Proven expertise in operations management and P&L management
• Strong background in strategic planning and project management
• Experience optimizing customer service processes to enhance customer satisfaction
• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in consumer products or health and wellness is a plus
