Performa is an international HR agency specializing in recruiting top professionals for leading companies in the iGaming, IT, and Marketing industries. The company is seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to support the development of a financial product through full-cycle recruitment efforts.

• Full-cycle recruiting from understanding business needs to successful offer acceptance
• Closing both technical and non-technical positions
• Close collaboration with Hiring Managers and culture fit evaluation
• Building employer brand through events, content, and community activities
• Working with performance metrics and continuous improvement of hiring quality

• 2+ years of experience in active recruiting
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, ATS, and AI-powered search tools
• Analytical mindset and genuine love for metrics & data
• English at B1 level or higher
• Ability to work from Warsaw office
