Senior Android Developer

Polish mobile development agency seeking a Senior/Architect Android Developer to join a Polish-American team. Role involves hands-on development and architectural decision-making for high-quality, technically complex Android solutions.

• Develop Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Design and evolve mobile architecture
• Review code and mentor developers
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams

• Strong experience with Android and Kotlin
• Hands-on Jetpack Compose experience
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns
• Experience working in international teams
• Strong English communication skills
• Nice to have: Knowledge of digital accessibility standards, Architect/tech-lead experience, Polish/Ukrainian/Russian language skills
