What you'll do
- Support M&A and related transaction execution within the FIG (Financial Institutions Group) team.
- Contribute to deal processes involving insurance and asset manager-focused transactions.
- Assist with analysis and materials required for transaction work (sector experience flexible).
Requirements
- Prior deal experience in investment banking.
- Preferred: experience in insurance and asset manager-focused transactions.
- Open to M&A experience from other sectors.
Conditions
Base salary: $125,000–$135,000 per year (approx. $10,417–$11,250 per month).
