Junior Business Analyst (Account Management and Sales team)

Solidgate is a payments orchestration platform empowering entrepreneurs with financial infrastructure. As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll work with the Account Management and Sales team, gaining hands-on fintech experience while optimizing business processes and driving company growth.

• Analyze sales results including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Build metrics and reports to track team performance
• Provide recommendations to optimize Account Management and Sales team processes
• Interact with clients to address requests and provide product/service information
• Prepare presentations, documentation, and organize meetings
• Support operational processes within Account Management and Sales teams

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress)
• Strong academic achievements and results
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• High level of responsibility and results-driven mindset
• Participation in international or academic programs (FLEX, Erasmus, CFA Research Challenge, or similar) is a plus

Schedule & Location: Flexible hours to balance studies and work. Office located in Kyiv center.
