3D Project Coordinator (Architectural Visualization)

3Drenders is a fast-growing IT/Design company specializing in high-quality photorealistic architectural renders for clients across Europe and the USA. The 3D Project Coordinator will drive the execution of international projects, coordinate team members and clients, and ensure quality standards are met while managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Drive the execution of international projects
• Coordinate team members, client representatives, and third parties for flawless project execution
• Oversee the quality of 3D renders and ensure they meet established standards with focus on lighting, composition, and texture realism
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including tables, reports, and to-do lists
• Solve emerging issues on projects

• Experience in project management in design, marketing, or architecture
• Experience working as or with visualizers/3D artists
• Experience with rolling deadline projects (1 week to 23 months)
• Experience in Agile/Kanban methodologies
• Implemented at least 5 projects
• Daily work experience with Favro and Slack software
• Experience working with small teams up to 10 people
• Competent to lead teams and take responsibility
• Fluent in spoken and written English for international stakeholder interaction

• Work schedule: 09:30 to 18:30 with lunch break, 5-day work week
