IT Recruiter

Altum is a Ukrainian software and website development house creating digital products for startups and providing technical expertise to agencies across the US and Western Europe. This IT Recruiter role involves managing the complete hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing A-player candidates to closing offers. The position focuses on building compelling candidate value propositions and maintaining a network of high-potential talent.

• Manage the hiring process end-to-end for both tech and non-tech roles
• Develop unique and compelling candidate value propositions (CVPs) tailored to each role
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment
• Source candidates using recruitment tools like LinkedIn, social media, and job boards
• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
• Expand and nurture a network of high-potential A players for future roles
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates
• Represent company culture and values as a brand ambassador

• 1+ year of experience managing end-to-end hiring for both tech and non-tech roles
• Skilled in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, social media, and job boards
• Proficient in data management tools like Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong English skills (B1+ level)
• Passion for understanding and representing company culture and values
• Ability to identify and attract A-player candidates
