Trainee UI/UX Designer (Internship)

Gotoinc is seeking a Trainee UI/UX Designer to join their Design Team as an intern. The role focuses on creating user-centered design solutions and contributing to design system work within a fully remote, collaborative environment.

• Work on UI/UX design tasks and create refined interfaces based on existing design systems
• Work with Figma components, styles, variables, tokens, and basic system logic
• Maintain visual and UX consistency across screens and features
• Prepare design assets and layouts for development handoff
• Collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and requirements
• Support design documentation and system updates when needed

• Formal education in Design or related field (university degree or structured professional design program)
• Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher
• Portfolio on Behance and/or Dribbble demonstrating problem-solving and design thinking
• Confident working in Figma as primary design tool
• Ability to quickly learn new design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.)
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals including usability, information architecture, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Experience with design components, variables, auto layout, and foundational design systems knowledge
• Knowledge of responsive design, mobile design principles, and basic accessibility standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional development
