DevOps Engineer

OpsWorks.Co is an international outsourcing DevOps company and official AWS Advanced Tier Partner helping clients transform IT infrastructure and implement DevOps practices. We seek a DevOps Engineer to join our team in a part-time role transitioning to full-time within one month, working on diverse projects from small to large-scale with flexible scheduling.

• Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions
• Audit and improve existing systems
• Advise clients on technical matters regarding infrastructure
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Automate routine tasks
• Monitor systems and prevent incidents
• Communicate with Project Managers and international clients on technical matters

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
• Proficiency with Linux systems and TCP/IP networking fundamentals
• AWS experience
• At least one configuration management tool: Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack, or Chef
• CI/CD with GitLab CI
• Docker and Kubernetes
• RDBMS and NoSQL knowledge
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
• Terraform or Terragrunt experience
• English B2 level or higher for client communication
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management
• Nice to have: Cloud platforms experience (Azure, Google Cloud), microservices architecture understanding, Infrastructure as Code experience, Keycloak, HashiCorp Vault, RabbitMQ

Schedule: Part-time with transition to full-time within approximately one month (up to 12 weeks based on performance). Flexible schedule with no fixed workload.
