Product Analyst

Summary

MOJAM is seeking an experienced Product Analyst to work across multiple product teams in a gaming company. This role focuses on product analytics using tools like Amplitude, A/B testing, and BI platforms to drive data-driven product decisions.

What you'll do

  • Work across multiple product teams (VIP, CRM, antifraud, finance and others) not tied to a single team
  • Build dashboards, calculate experiment results, and write feature research
  • Manage event tracking and handle ad hoc data requests
  • Maintain a strong product mindset by proposing hypotheses and improving the product
  • Create insightful reports, dashboards, and automated solutions
  • Support product teams with data-driven insights
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests
  • Solve data-related issues using strong problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with teams to shape product vision through data insights

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst (Middle+ level, ideally Senior)
  • Experience with product analytics, conversion and retention improvement, A/B testing, and experiments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude or Mixpanel as primary analytics tool
  • Advanced SQL skills including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization
  • Experience with DWH systems (Redshift, BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake or similar)
  • Experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Apache Superset or similar)
  • Willingness to work with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
  • Product company background preferred, gamedev experience a plus
  • Optional: dbt, Python, Airflow, modern data stack experience
