Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

bill_line is a fintech company born in Ukraine that provides payment solutions for online businesses globally. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to develop and implement our financial strategy, manage financial planning and reporting, and lead our finance team to support our continued growth in the global payments market.

• Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy aligned with long-term business goals
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting management
• Control of accounting, reporting, and compliance with internal and external standards
• Preparation and analysis of financial reports and recommendations for management
• Cash flow management, cost optimization, and budget compliance control
• Interaction with banks, external auditors, and outsourcing companies
• Development of ERP systems and financial processes
• Team building and management

• Experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO) in fintech or related industries
• Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, risk management, and financial analysis
• High analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability
• Experience implementing and optimizing financial processes and ERP systems

Location: HQ in Kyiv, near Zvirynetska metro station

Schedule: Hybrid format - Monday, Wednesday, Friday in the office, other days optional
