Junior Project Manager

uxrs.team is seeking a responsible and mature Junior Project Manager to grow into a strong PM within 2-3 years. The role involves supporting a design team of 7 designers, coordinating client-designer communication, and managing project timelines with mentorship from an experienced Team Lead.

• Support design team of 7 designers across various project difficulties
• Coordinate communication between clients and designers
• Assist in weekly and sprint planning with Team Lead
• Track deadlines and monitor task progress in task management tools
• Break down tasks into clear, manageable steps
• Follow up on agreements and ensure commitments are met
• Prepare weekly client status updates and call recaps
• Clarify missing materials and necessary inputs from clients
• Keep main tools and documentation structured and organized
• Support internal process improvements and gradually take more ownership under supervision

• Ability to ask clear and sometimes uncomfortable questions to avoid misunderstandings

• Desire to improve systems instead of just doing tasks
• Nice to have: Leadership or coordination experience, client/stakeholder communication experience, basic understanding of digital product development, experience with task management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana)

• Salary: $600-750 monthly (50% payment during probation period)
