Founding Engineer / CTO (MCP/RAG, Nodejs/TS)

Execue.io is an early-stage startup (4 months old, 2x monthly growth) with customers like SoundHound and Glovo. As Founding Engineer/CTO, you will autonomously architect and build the product from the ground up, leading technical development and strategy.

• Autonomously architect, prototype, and build the product from the ground up
• Develop integrations with AI platforms (e.g., Perplexity, OpenAI) and 3rd party APIs (e.g., CRMs)
• Leverage prompt engineering skills to maximize outcomes
• Work horizontally with founders on business and product discussions

• 1+ years of experience in a startup (required)
• Authentic obsession with delivering the best customer experience
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• RAG and AI agents development and prompt engineering expertise
• API development and integration experience
• Database design and optimization (SQL)
• Cloud infrastructure development (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Asynchronous task processing patterns (RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar)
• Experience with n8n/make (plus)
