Freelance Graphic Designer

Headway Inc is a global EdTech company revolutionizing lifelong learning for over 150 million users worldwide. We are seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals for our Headway blog and marketing materials. This role offers flexible working hours and a stable flow of creative projects focused on visual content creation and design optimization.

• Create engaging visuals for blog articles, focusing on raster images and data visualization
• Localize images for different languages and markets
• Resize image assets for various platforms
• Potentially create visual content for Pinterest
• Maintain assets and template library to organize and speed up creative workflow

• 2+ years of experience in marketing design, blog design, or SMM design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience with AI tools for image generation (Sora, Nano Banana, Midjourney, or similar) with strong prompt-writing skills
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, and color theory
• Ability to work with high volume of tasks
• Experience with data visualization and infographics
• English language proficiency at B1+ level
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Nice to have: Understanding of SEO principles and search engine mechanics
