Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack (Python, Node.js + AWS + React)

Visarsoft is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with 6+ years of commercial experience in Python, Node.js, AWS, and React. The role requires technical ownership, independent decision-making, and the ability to deliver complex, production-ready solutions while demonstrating strong leadership qualities.

• Take technical ownership of projects and make independent technical decisions
• Launch and support live production projects
• Solve complex technical challenges and optimize system architecture
• Perform code quality control through code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Guide and coordinate development teams
• Manage technical risk by identifying potential issues and mitigation strategies
• Estimate effort and timelines for features and development tasks
• Participate in release planning and coordinate technical delivery processes

Core Requirements:

• 6+ years of commercial experience with Python, Node.js, AWS Lambda, and React.js
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Advanced technical maturity with hands-on production experience
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Analytical thinking and results-driven mindset

Additional Technologies:

• NestJS, Express.js, TypeScript
• REST API / GraphQL
• PostgreSQL

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Understanding of core cloud services (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM)
