Summary
Aero is redefining premium air travel with direct flights via private terminals, focusing on a high-comfort, low-contact experience. The Executive Coach partners with senior leaders and managers to strengthen leadership capabilities, communication, decision-making, and overall performance and development.
What you'll do
Provide 1:1 coaching for executives and managers focused on leadership effectiveness, communication, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.
Assess coaching needs and create tailored development plans for each participant.
Support leaders navigating organizational structure, team dynamics, and interpersonal challenges.
Share periodic progress updates with the Head of People Ops when appropriate and agreed upon.
Deliver group coaching, workshops, and leadership development sessions as needed.
Requirements
5+ years of experience coaching senior-level leaders and/or people managers.
Background in organizational development, leadership, management, psychology, HR, or related fields.
Ability to support leaders with empathy, direct communication, and actionable feedback.
Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
Conditions
