Summary
Solidgate is building a payments orchestration platform and European acquiring bank. As a Risk Operations Analyst, you will monitor merchant behavior, detect anomalies, and manage portfolio risk in real-time to ensure safe, scalable growth.
What you'll do
- Analyse risk signals, detect anomalies, and trigger appropriate actions or escalations
- Monitor compliance with international payment scheme requirements
- Control merchant reserves to prevent negative balances and minimize financial exposure
- Manage merchant cap limits aligned with portfolio risk appetite
- Execute and continuously improve daily operational tasks within approved risk processes
Requirements
- Background in econometrics, finance, management, international relations, mathematics, or computer science (or currently studying in these fields)
- Strong work ethic, great communication skills, and ability to learn quickly
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- English B2+ proficiency for confident team and partner communication
- Nice to have: Self-starter mentality, SQL and Tableau experience
