Scrambly is a fast-growing adtech startup building a reward-powered alternative to app stores. As a Senior PPC Manager (Google), you will own and scale paid search acquisition across Google and Microsoft, turning it into a stable, profitable, and automation-driven growth engine.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end performance of Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads for the app portfolio
- Define and execute paid search acquisition strategy across platforms, aligned with business goals and profitability targets
- Build and maintain stable, structured campaign architectures with clear conversion windows, value weighting, and signal strategy
- Drive sustainable budget growth while maintaining or improving efficiency, scaling budgets from high five-figure to high six-figure monthly ranges
- Design and implement automation systems (scripts, rules, monitoring workflows) that reduce manual optimization effort
- Own performance reporting tied directly to business outcomes using GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and Looker/Looker Studio
- Work closely with the Head of User Acquisition to align on strategy, priorities, and growth targets
- Clearly communicate performance drivers, scaling mechanics, and strategic trade-offs to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with strong focus on Search and Performance Max campaigns
- Proven experience scaling paid search budgets in the high six-figure range with maintained or improved efficiency
- Experience in performance-driven verticals such as gaming (preferably web), fintech, utilities, or health
- Strong understanding of value-based bidding (ROAS/revenue optimization), including conversion windows, value weighting, and signal strategy
- Track record of designing and implementing automation: scripts, rules, monitoring systems, and workflows
- Strong analytical fluency across GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude, Looker/Looker Studio, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Comfortable operating with imperfect attribution and delayed revenue signals
- Ability to clearly explain performance drivers and scaling mechanics to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership-driven mindset: analytical, structured, systems-oriented, and focused on long-term profitability
- Fluency in English (B2+)
