Senior Java Engineer

Dripify is a remote-first B2B SaaS product company specializing in outreach automation solutions for hiring, sales, and marketing. We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer to build and maintain modular backend systems that power our sales automation platform designed for LinkedIn-based cold outreach and lead generation.

• Build modular, maintainable backend systems using Java 21+ and Spring Boot (MVC, REST, Security, Data, Messaging)
• Design and integrate performant, concurrent services using REST APIs and asynchronous messaging via SNS/SQS
• Write tested, reliable code with strong emphasis on unit and integration testing and CI/CD automation
• Apply secure coding practices throughout development
• Collaborate on architecture and system design, taking full ownership of deliverables from implementation to deployment

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development with production experience in Java 21+
• Deep practical experience with Spring Boot modules
• Strong understanding of modular architectural principles and backend service decomposition
• Solid knowledge of Java concurrency and multithreaded environments
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and asynchronous messaging using SNS/SQS
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and common quality gates
• Strong foundation in unit and integration testing
• Competence in Docker, Linux, and system-level debugging
• Understanding of logging and monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Commitment to secure development practices
• Working knowledge of AWS services (IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager)
• Plus: Microservices architecture experience, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS Certifications, Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science
