Junior IT Recruiter

Entravel is a members club for discounted luxury travel and white-label hotel platform provider backed by VCs and prominent European founders. We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing team and help identify and interview top talent who share our vision for the future of travel.

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct first-round interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Maintain candidate database in CRM and keep candidate information up to date
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process

• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in both English and Ukrainian
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
