Head of SEO (iGaming)

Fidel Partners is a professional SEO company specializing in international iGaming and casino niches. We are seeking a Head of SEO to develop and scale SEO strategies for project portfolios while building and managing specialist teams. This role focuses on implementing cutting-edge optimization methods and driving systematic growth in highly competitive markets.

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for project portfolios and international brands
• Build, manage, and scale teams of SEO specialists, team leads, and experts
• Optimize internal processes to increase efficiency and scale the SEO direction
• Work with highly competitive geographies while continuously improving approaches and adapting to search engine algorithm updates
• Collaborate with all key departments to ensure effective traffic monetization
• Set tasks for developers and control their execution

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO
• 2+ years of experience managing SEO teams or SEO directions
• Experience with large-scale SEO projects and multi-brand structures
• Strong technical SEO expertise (indexing, redirects, canonicals, server responses)
• Practical understanding of Google Core Updates, E-E-A-T, and anti-spam filters
• Understanding of performance-driven approach to SEO and traffic monetization
• Experience in iGaming, casino, affiliate, or other highly competitive niches (preferred)
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with realistic assessment of team resources
