Summary
Flyer One Ventures is a seed-stage venture capital firm investing in European startups. The company seeks an experienced Middle Talent Acquisition specialist to work with portfolio companies on full-cycle recruitment and hiring strategy.
What you'll do
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes
- Proactively source new candidates using various channels
- Conduct pre-screen calls and HR interviews to evaluate candidates on experience and cultural fit
- Gather and provide feedback to candidates during the hiring process
- Lead preparation of job offers and negotiate compensation
- Work with hiring managers and interviewers to identify unique selling points
- Prepare analytics for weekly status meetings with hiring managers
- Prepare market research
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition specialist
- Experience at product IT companies, startups, and/or agencies
- Experience recruiting non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
