Integration Specialist

ITeams is hiring an Integration Specialist/Automation Engineer for a fast-growing consumer health brand specializing in gut health and probiotics. The role focuses on building and maintaining integrations between internal tools and external services, automating operational workflows, and ensuring reliable data flows across systems to support scaling operations.

• Build integrations between applications and platforms using APIs
• Automate business and operational workflows across multiple systems
• Use Make.com (Integromat) as the primary automation platform
• Develop, test, maintain, and refactor automation logic
• Use Python and PostgreSQL for applied development and data tasks
• Translate business requirements into structured technical solutions
• Maintain and improve existing integrations; troubleshoot issues
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation
• Collaborate with a project manager and other technical stakeholders

• 13 years of experience in software development, integrations, or automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Make.com (Integromat)
• Solid understanding of APIs and third-party integrations
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL (PostgreSQL)
• Proven problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• English level sufficient for written and spoken communication

Working Format: Full-time, remote

Working Schedule: 17:00 - 02:00 Ukrainian time
