Global Strategy & Operations Manager

Summary

Uber is hiring a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager within the global 3P Demand Operations organization to expand demand beyond Uber’s native apps by integrating Mobility and Delivery into third-party platforms. The role focuses on turning internal and external data into insights, shaping roadmap priorities, and improving investment decisions. You will own performance management and help scale profitable growth across the third-party ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Help shape the global 3P Demand strategy and 2026+ roadmap by identifying high-growth opportunities and clarifying strategic direction.

  • Run recurring and ad-hoc analyses on partnership performance, including incrementality and consumer lifetime value, to inform roadmap decisions.

  • Support execution of the 3P operating model by tracking milestones, progress, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

  • Develop prioritization frameworks with cross-functional partners to evaluate business and technical trade-offs under limited resources.

  • Manage governance for budget tracking, goal setting, and accurate reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews.

  • Partner with Data Science and Finance to define efficiency metrics and ensure integrations meet standards for profitable growth.

  • Standardize performance inputs and surface insights that enable clarity across Ops, Tech, Product, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, consulting, or similar roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets; experience building dashboards and reports.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to distill data into insights and recommendations.

  • Preferred: experience with lifecycle segmentation, customer strategy, or allocation frameworks.

  • Preferred: familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker and working with large data sets.

  • Preferred: experience supporting executive reporting cadences (MBRs/QBRs).

  • Preferred: strong communication and cross-functional collaboration; ownership mindset and comfort managing high-visibility recurring processes.

  • Preferred: exposure to external partnership management and/or business development.

Conditions

  • Compensation: US base salary ranges vary by location (e.g., Chicago, New York, San Francisco); Canada ranges listed in CAD.

  • Eligible for Uber bonus program (US) and may be offered equity and other compensation.
