SEO specialist for IT/SaaS

Growpad is a B2B inbound marketing agency specializing in IT outsourcing and SaaS. We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to manage multiple projects, drive measurable results, and increase online visibility for B2B businesses in the US market.

• Manage 45 SEO projects simultaneously
• Grow SEO traffic and inbound lead generation for B2B client projects
• Communicate results to clients and provide strategic recommendations
• Make decisions regarding SEO strategy and project direction
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and tactics
• Generate and test new growth ideas

• 2+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist working with IT, SaaS, or B2B projects
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Proven, measurable SEO results for B2B companies or English-language projects
• Strong expertise in Content Marketing, Technical SEO, On-page SEO, and Link Building
• Ability to measure and analyze results using GA and other analytics tools
• Hands-on experience with top SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Ability to build and implement effective SEO strategies
• Confident use of AI tools in daily work
• Ability to independently solve complex tasks
• Strong prioritization skills and result-oriented mindset
• Independence, proactivity, and full ownership of projects
• Proven experience in SEO process automation and AI-driven SEO strategies (mandatory)

Compensation: $1,400-$2,000+ USD based on experience and skills

Work Format: Remote, Full-time (168 hours per month with flexible schedule)
