Middle Embedded Firmware Developer

Interfacer is seeking a Middle Embedded Firmware Developer to create devices based on STM32/ESP32 microcontrollers. The role focuses on firmware development, remote control systems, data collection/processing, and IoT solutions with full-time remote work flexibility.

• Firmware development for microcontroller-based devices
• Debugging, documentation, and technical support
• Conducting various types of testing and quality assurance
• Solving technical issues and troubleshooting
• Improving and optimizing existing firmware solutions
• Reporting on project results and progress
• Adhering to company engineering practices and technical standards

• Bachelor's degree in Radio Electronics Science
• 2+ years commercial experience in microcontroller programming
• Expert-level C programming knowledge for microcontrollers
• Proficient with UART, I2C, SPI interfaces
• Experience with ADC, TIMER, GPIO, IRQ, DMA modules
• Experience with digital sensors, external memory, SD cards, RTC, LCD/OLED displays
• Hands-on experience with STM32 (HAL) and ESP32 (ESP-IDF)
• Real-time operating systems (RTOS) experience
• Understanding of multi-threading principles and bootloaders
• TCP/IP stack (LWIP) over Ethernet/Wi-Fi connectivity
• Knowledge of HTTP, MQTT, FTP, SNMP, SMTP, NTP protocols
• MODBUS protocol experience
• JSON and CBOR data formats experience
• File systems (FAT FS) knowledge
• Cryptography understanding and MBED-TLS experience
• BLE technology experience
• GIT version control expertise
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
