Summary

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruiting and sourcing in support of business strategies, partnering with stakeholders across the Americas while working remotely. The role is designed to translate business goals into effective, data-driven talent acquisition plans and deliver strong hiring outcomes.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake/kickoff through offer close, including defining job requirements and hiring plans.
- Execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using modern sourcing tools and techniques.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate skills and fit for roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, team dynamics, and role expectations; maintain strong candidate and stakeholder communication.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Promote employer brand and culture through established and creative/non-traditional recruiting approaches as needed.
- Use recruiting metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and optimize processes.
- Conduct and review talent supply and demand analysis; advise on talent availability and salary data; lead recurring check-ins with hiring managers.
- Coordinate with HR to support onboarding and a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition or applicable HR experience within a global organization.
- Experience recruiting for G&A, Commercial, Sales, or Go-To-Market roles (or similar) in a complex global organization, RPO, or equivalent environment.
- Familiarity with relevant labor and employment laws for countries/regions where recruiting.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn sourcing, AI-enabled sourcing, modern search techniques, and other sourcing tools; ability to build relationships with local talent sources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills appropriate to the languages and cultures of the regions supported.
- Preferred: strong collaboration and relationship-building across businesses and levels; ability to operate within standard processes/business systems (e.g., Fortive Business System).
- Preferred: strong business acumen and consultative partnership with business/HR leaders; ability to work autonomously with sound judgment.
- Preferred: familiarity with manufacturing industry and operations/support/analyst roles; strong networking, adaptability, analytical curiosity, and continuous learning mindset.
