Senior Product Manager

TradingView is seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop and implement product strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. The role involves defining product vision, owning multi-year roadmaps, and driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics for a product used by millions of traders and investors worldwide.

• Develop and implement product strategy aligned with TradingView's growth objectives
• Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics
• Lead product discovery to identify user needs and market opportunities
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success
• Prioritise feature development based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality implementation
• Validate product hypotheses through A/B testing, experimentation, and user research
• Analyse user feedback and behavioural data to identify improvement opportunities
• Stay current with financial technology trends, competitive landscape, and platform advancements
• Mentor and guide other product managers within the domain
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product progress effectively

• 5-7+ years of product management experience with customer-facing products
• Proven track record of leading successful products at scale
• Understanding of and genuine interest in financial markets and trading
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated data-driven decision making
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Expertise in product management methodologies and best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Experience in FinTech or financial services preferred
• Experience in finance or trading domain preferred
• Familiarity with TradingView as a product preferred
