.NET Software Engineer

SOLEAD Software is seeking a senior .NET software engineer to join their team in developing and maintaining deeply integrated software for the information management industry. The role focuses on maintaining and redesigning existing software for latest technologies while designing and developing new systems on a data-centric, geographically distributed platform.

• Design, implementation and maintenance of new and existing software applications in .NET/MSSQL platform
• Execution of various development tasks via well-defined workflow process
• Following well-established development practices, such as code review and documenting, code testing and merging
• Participation in Agile process, team meetings, technical brainstorming, and peer reviews
• Regular communication with team members and work progress/status reporting
• Proactive suggestions for improving code, UI/UX, business logic, and data structures

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in computer science, applied math, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in commercial software development using .NET platform
• Strong .NET (Framework/Core) programming skills for web and desktop
• Solid T-SQL (MS SQL Server) programming skills
• Git/GitHub/GitLab working experience
• Agile knowledge and practice
• High attention to details, accuracy, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Upper-intermediate or better English communication skills (B2+)

Schedule & Location: Full-time position in Lviv, Ukraine. Combination of modern office work with remote work from home.

Team & Communication: Remote collaboration with teams in Europe and USA. Regular online communication via MS Teams, all-team teleconferences twice per week, daily code commits and periodic releases.
