Talent Operations Coordinator

Summary

Red Bull North America is hiring a Talent Operations Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle for approximately 8,000 employees across North American entities. This role serves as the operational backbone for the Talent team, ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and systems processing. The position partners closely with Talent Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver an excellent employee experience.

What you'll do

  • Process employee relocations through a vendor portal, manage exceptions, conduct new-hire onboarding calls, and complete/audit I-9 and new-hire compliance paperwork.
  • Manage voluntary termination processes; support involuntary terminations with Talent Business Partners as needed; submit IT separation requests and coordinate equipment returns.
  • Complete and submit HR separation forms including final pay details; draft and send exit emails with required state documents.
  • Manage unemployment claims via vendor portal and provide additional compliance support (posters, handouts, reporting, follow-up, communications).
  • Support Compensation with minimum wage updates; prepare confirmation letters for off-cycle pay adjustments and promotions; prepare repayment/recoupment letters as needed.
  • Submit leaves of absence, terminations, and organizational/title/manager changes; maintain complete digital personnel files and route documents for signature via a third-party platform.
  • Respond to and resolve Level 1 inquiries in Zendesk related to IT, Payroll, and Benefits; handle Level 1 Talent systems questions (ECM, My Wings, Amplify).
  • Create ad hoc SAP reports for Talent Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.
  • Host on-site training events; support Talent Playbook updates/communications; process tuition assistance reimbursements; support new leader assimilation and training sessions; coach on tools and talent resources (Amplify, ECM).

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

  • Basic understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • At least 1 year of high-quality customer service experience focused on delivering a superior employee experience.

  • Working knowledge of leave and benefits integration.

  • Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, adaptable self-starter able to support multiple stakeholders with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; willingness to learn and grow within HR.

  • Work authorization: Open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the U.S. on a valid visa.

Conditions

  • Compensation: Base pay $28.00–$40.00 per hour plus cash incentives (offers vary by experience; range subject to change).
