Executive Assistant
Summary
WelbeHealth serves vulnerable seniors and is expanding its services and operations. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative coordination and logistics support for senior leaders, supporting the CPO and the EVP of Corporate Strategy & Services. The role focuses on scheduling, communications, meetings, travel/expenses, and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
What you'll do
Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team.
Draft written communications as requested.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses.
Manage and coordinate executive calendars and schedules.
Coordinate meetings and take/maintain meeting minutes.
Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site tours and events.
Communicate with external stakeholders on behalf of leadership (e.g., vendors, elected officials, regulators, board members, quality improvement partners).
Greet and interact with community partners and visitors, creating a welcoming environment.
Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.
Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Follow WelbeHealth policies/procedures and participate in required quality improvement activities, trainings, and meetings.
Requirements
Associate degree (or at least 2 years of executive-level administrative experience in lieu of education).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting multiple executives as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
Demonstrated Microsoft Office experience; high-level knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint preferred.
Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Willingness to travel at least once per quarter.
Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive; able to execute in a rapidly changing environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations; strong customer service orientation.

Compensation listed as $82,074–$108,337 per year plus bonus.
