Summary
Ancient Nutrition is a superfoods and supplements company focused on regenerative agriculture and mission-driven products. The Distribution Specialist ensures inventory accuracy, fulfillment execution, and operational efficiency across multiple warehouses and 3PL partners to support retail and e-commerce channels. This role acts as a liaison across Supply Chain, Retail, E-commerce, Finance, and Distribution to maintain accurate data and timely shipments.
What you'll do
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouses and 3PL locations
- Perform inventory reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies
- Support monthly inventory reporting and variance analysis
- Lead special warehouse projects for retail initiatives (shipper builds, promotional displays, bundled product builds)
- Manage marketing materials and shipper display components; provide accurate details to retail and marketing teams
- Coordinate inventory allocation and timelines to execute retail programs
- Create and manage replenishment transactions for Amazon FBA and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
- Enter and maintain product, shipment, and inventory data in NetSuite and channel platforms
- Partner with warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment, compliance, labeling accuracy, and documentation
- Track shipment status and proactively resolve receiving discrepancies or fulfillment issues
- Manage short-dated and expired inventory; coordinate donations and disposals
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, Retail, E-commerce, and Finance to ensure availability and alignment
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, distribution, operations, or related field
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle)
- Experience with WMS systems (Deposco)
- Experience coordinating with warehouses and/or 3PL partners
- Preferred: experience supporting retail promotions, shipper builds, kitting, or bundled product projects
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational, follow-through, and project coordination skills
- Strong systems aptitude; able to maintain data accuracy across multiple platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Clear cross-functional communication; self-starter with accountability and team-oriented mindset

- Fully remote role; may be performed remotely within the United States where permitted by applicable law
