Chief of Staff to the CEO
Summary
Inkitt is an AI-driven entertainment and publishing company building a next-generation storytelling platform through its Galatea app and CandyJarTV expansion. The Chief of Staff to the CEO partners directly with the CEO to drive strategic priorities, cross-functional execution, and operational excellence as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on strategic priorities, planning cycles, and special projects.
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives to ensure clear direction, accountability, and delivery across leadership.
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and operational frameworks.
- Conduct deep strategic and analytical work to identify trends and provide data-driven insights.
- Manage information flow to and from the CEO, ensuring prioritization and executive alignment.
- Represent the CEO in key discussions, meetings, and projects to ensure continuity of leadership and communication.
- Champion collaboration and operational excellence to keep teams fast-moving and coordinated globally.
Requirements
MBA required from a top institution.
Required experience in a top-tier consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or Bridgewater) or investment banking; ideally additional experience in strategy/product/business operations at a tech company.
4–6 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or executive operations.
Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
High emotional intelligence, humility, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and executives.
Comfort operating as both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor.
Passion for technology, storytelling, and the intersection of AI and entertainment.
Conditions
In-office role, 5 days per week onsite (Monday–Friday); candidates must reliably commute.
