Data Analyst

Impulse, part of Headway Inc, is a leading brain training app with over 100 million downloads and a 4.7 App Store rating. The company is seeking a Data Analyst to join their analytics team that drives decisions for a global product empowering millions of users worldwide. The role focuses on exploring data, building dashboards, and turning insights into real business impact.

• Data collection and analysis: gather and analyze data from multiple sources including databases, ad platforms, AppsFlyer, and Amplitude to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities
• Metrics and dashboards: build and maintain metrics systems and Tableau dashboards to track marketing performance and support decision-making
• Ad-hoc and deep-dive analytics: answer business questions, investigate anomalies, and provide insights for growth and campaign optimization
• Automation and process improvement: implement analytics automation and continuously optimize existing analytical processes

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in marketing or product
• Strong SQL and BI tools skills (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) for data exploration and dashboard creation
• Good understanding of key marketing metrics and unit economics (CAC, LTV, funnels, cohorts)
• Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to turn numbers into clear insights
• Proactive and responsible with ownership mindset and ability to make impact
• Quick learner for new tools and processes
• English Upper-Intermediate+ level

• Nice to have: Strong Tableau skills and experience with marketing attribution data (AppsFlyer, ad platforms)
