Head of Creative Production (Taimi)

Appflame is a Ukrainian product IT company creating world-class apps including Hily and Taimi, top 5 dating apps in the U.S. with over 70 million users. We seek a Head of Creative Production to lead and scale our creative engine, overseeing designers, creative producers, and influencer managers to build a high-performance creative factory that drives growth through data-driven creative insights.

• Develop and execute end-to-end creative strategy for performance marketing channels to drive business growth
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of result-oriented creativity
• Build and streamline scalable production workflows to handle high-volume creative output (hundreds/thousands of assets per week)
• Monitor creative performance data to identify winning creatives and iterate on successful concepts
• Establish a systematic approach to testing new visual ideas, messaging, and marketing hypotheses
• Work closely with UA Managers, Analysts, MarTech and Product teams to align creative assets with business goals
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies (like AI tools) into the production process
• Oversee creation of high-quality briefs and ensure all output meets brand standards and performance benchmarks

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing, or creative agency roles (mobile apps experience is a plus)
• Proven track record of managing and scaling creative teams (designers, motion designers, copywriters, influencer managers)
• Ability to analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS) and use data to guide creative strategy
• Deep understanding of creative requirements and trends for Meta, TikTok and Google
• Experience building scalable production systems and testing frameworks from scratch
• Proficiency in audience research, competitor analysis, and identifying market triggers
• Familiarity with AI-driven production tools and creative automation (highly preferred)
• Strong ownership, structured thinking, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Advanced English level or higher
