Summary

Airbnb is a global travel and hospitality platform connecting guests with unique stays and experiences. The Senior Recruiter, Product (Technical Recruiting) will serve as a strategic talent advisor to engineering organizations, leading full-cycle recruiting to hire specialized and hard-to-fill technical talent. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while using data and reporting to improve recruiting outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Lead searches for technical roles across various engineering groups.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach through offer close.
  • Guide candidates through the interview lifecycle and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Research, map, and understand the technical talent market to identify top candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-potential talent for current and future opportunities.
  • Use data to improve recruiting efficiency and drive process innovation.
  • Create and share reports on hiring progress and outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to Airbnb’s technical leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on senior-level hires.

  • Experience recruiting for specialized, hard-to-fill roles (e.g., infrastructure, AI, machine learning).

  • Experience with Greenhouse (ATS), Gem, and/or Airtable.

  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives.

  • Strong consulting skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment.

  • Ability to navigate complexity, deliver results in changing circumstances, and thrive in ambiguity.

Conditions

  • US remote-eligible role; may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites as agreed with the manager.

  • Must live in a US state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity (eligibility varies by state).

  • Compensation includes base pay range plus potential eligibility for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
