Clinical Trial Associate

Enveda is a drug discovery company harnessing nature’s intelligence to identify new medicines faster. The Clinical Trial Associate supports Clinical Trial Manager(s) to help execute clinical trials efficiently and ensure operational and documentation excellence. This role contributes to bringing innovative treatments to patients by enabling smooth clinical operations.

• Support Clinical Trial Manager(s) with day-to-day execution of one or more clinical trials to drive operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings; compile materials; oversee presentations; record and distribute accurate meeting minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the Trial Master File (TMF) and internal study files to ensure Clinical Operations documentation is properly filed, routed, and maintained.
• Create, distribute, and maintain trackers for metric reporting; prepare reports and requests as needed.
• File and route agreements and other documents related to Clinical Operations and Clinical Development.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and process improvements.
• Travel minimally as required (about 10% domestic and international).

• B.S./B.A. degree required (science or healthcare-related fields preferred but not required).

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.

• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across one or more studies simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Slack.

• Experience maintaining and managing study or program trackers.

• Working knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and local regulations.

• Remote, full-time.

• Minimal travel (approximately 10% domestic/international).
